disguised in guy’s clothes; 

a rhizome [comprised of rhinestones]

crying in tritones. 

z.No scott is a poet who refuses the page— making a page of the body. Wielding colonial language and memory against itself, z. forges phonetics into a weapon of creation, exposing the spectacle of Self as a dirty joke.

Oscillating between corporeal poetry & loop-based harmony, z.No’s performances blur the line between ritual and rupture. His work has been featured in venues such as September Sessions (Stockholm, Sweden), the Communicator Series (Los Angeles, CA),Woodstock Pride (Woodstock, NY).

A graduate of CalArts’ Writing & Performativity MFA and winner of the 2022 Emi Kuriyama Thesis Award for his manuscript ynglytch, z.No has been published in SPOIL (Hilo Press), second factory (Ugly Duckling Presse), Broken Lens Journal, and The Journal for Dominican Writers.
