When I am not writing, I dedicate my time to equity education for individuals, schools, and businesses.
My pedagogy is based on de-colonial and individualized curricula, working to make tangible improvements to personal perspective and, in turn, to curricular or institutional policy.
My goal is for no well-meaning question to go unheard or undiscussed and, most importantly, for no person, regardless of identity, to feel isolated, under-informed, or complacent.
